Hermes Ship Management Pvt. Ltd. ( RPSL- MUM- 157) is a Mumbai-based manning company established in 2004 specialising in the recruitment, placement and management of professional seafarers for shipowners, ship managers and vessel operators worldwide.

Holding a recruitment and placement licence issued by the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India, Hermes operates with a strong focus on professional standards, regulatory compliance and dependable crew solutions.

With more than two decades of maritime experience, we have developed a practical understanding of the people, competencies and operational requirements that contribute to safe and efficient vessel operations.

Our strength lies in the combination of experienced maritime professionals, a well-established seafarer network and a structured crew-management process. We do not look at crew recruitment simply as filling a vacancy. We focus on understanding the vessel and client's requirements, identifying suitable personnel, assessing their competence and experience, verifying their documentation and ensuring smooth mobilisation.
